I have worked for over 25 years in the Automotive industry, and in that time have seen and lived through many challenges and huge changes.
Now it's time for me to share that knowledge with you, to help design and improve your processes.
I have been involved in the sales of companies, worked on the expanson of business, and on the development of matrix structures in global corporates.
All these changes were necessary to enable plans to be realised and value to be created. I designed them.
I have worked throughout my professional life with others - co-operation and team work has always been at the centre of my day, wether designing processes or managing suppliers and service provider to make sure they deliver on target and on time. It is what I do, and by sharing this experience with my clients, I want to help them get their projects done. On track.
